what is the typical timeline for a website design project?
how long it takes depends on the size of the website. we like to set expectations that it usually starts at 8 weeks to craft something truly unique. remember, we aren’t using any pre-built themes or designs.
what information do you need from clients before starting a web design project?
during the initial scoping call, we will get an idea of what designs you like. often, by looking at other websites. we will also discuss what content (i.e. text and images) you will provide and what you want us to provide.
do you offer custom website design or use templates?
all of our websites are custom designed not using any templates. this ensures that each website we design is completely unique to you and your business.
what platforms and technologies do you use for website design?
We use wordpress as our chosen content management system (cms) for developing websites. the reason for this is that we are able to offer a completely customised website that is also optimised, affordable, and user-friendly for you to manage yourself if you choose.
do you build websites with anything other than WordPress?
yes, we can build websites with wix, squarespace, or just about any other cms. however, our recommendation would always be to use wordpress
