Darryn was brilliant, taking my ideas and turning them into a great looking and fully functional site as well as setting up new emails. They created a fantastic website for me that has been such an improvement on my previous website. Darryn has been great at working collaboratively and checking things out, and worked really hard to make sure I was happy with everyone and most importantly that it worked really well and was a great user experience. He also has been super responsive to emails which makes such a difference. And created a fab newsletter for me as well! I also had to switch quite quickly from one website host to Darryn and this was quite anxiety provoking however he did it so smoothly and without any hiccups. I required a couple of videos creating for social media promotion and web display. Fully hit the brief, very good with suggestion and made on point iterations. Can we meet in Southwell to discuss my project?

Yes. If you prefer face-to-face, we’re happy to meet locally. We also work remotely if that suits you better.

What is the typical timeline for a website design project?

How long it takes depends on the size of the website. We like to set expectations that it usually starts at 8 weeks to craft something truly unique. Remember, we aren’t using any pre-built themes or designs.

What information do you need from clients before starting a web design project?

During the initial scoping call, we will get an idea of what designs you like. Often, by looking at other websites. We will also discuss what content (i.e. text and images) you will provide and what you want us to provide.

Do you offer custom website design or use templates?

All of our websites are custom designed not using any templates. This ensures that each website we design is completely unique to you and your business.

What platforms and technologies do you use for website design?

We use WordPress as our chosen content management system (CMS) for developing websites. the reason for this is that we are able to offer a completely customised website that is also optimised, affordable, and user-friendly for you to manage yourself if you choose.  

Do you build websites with anything other than WordPress?

Yes, we can build websites with Wix, Squarespace, or just about any other CMS. However, our recommendation would always be to use WordPress.
